That's the thing I can't fathom with Alex Neil
He talks a good fight, I can understand his caution against the better teams eg spurs the other night and he couldn't legislate fit giving away a goal inside 2 mins.
But surely he can see his 1 striker system has been sussed and is way too easily contained.
I was convinced he was going to change things and be really bold for this must win game. Mix it up, use the attributes within our squad to ask questions of a really poor opponent.
OK we are really down in confidence and rushing to integrate new players who possibly don't speak great English and are maybe lacking fitness.
But going bold, using our wingers who have pace and a kid who scored loads against championship defenders last year, that had to be a better option?
Lambert would have give it a go, deffo. Mike Walker would. That's how you get out of a rut. Attack.
