For example, Callum Wilson, who in fairness we tried to sign, is the type of player I'm talking about. Ready made for the team at that time, relatively cheap and had the potential to be premier league class (was showing it before injury).

Grabban and Jerome were signed for similar fees and did well in the championship, but they clearly have far more limitations, while also having far less years left as pros at a high level.
