I am a great lobster fan and was contemplating pitching in against the Lobster Deniers
But lobster Thermidor is just a crime against gastronomy. It's so mucked about. It's full of strong, strong flavours which totally drown out the delicate taste of the actual lobster (mustard, brandy, cheese!!! FFS!!). It's AWFUL
