Simples. You do a Bezier curve, set the transparency to 0.463, make a new layer

turn it into an orange, revert saturation in the other layers, make another new layer, then just put a portrait of Jennifer Lawrence over the whole thing because she's frankly much nicer to look at.

(I don't even have photoshop)
