I honestly don't expect Pinto AND Klose to start. Would be a huge shake up of

a defence which is quite risky until they know each other better.

I reckon one or the other starting with the other on the bench. Probably Pinto on the bench as he will most likely have to prove himself as a sub a few times before supplanting the team captain, even though if he doesn't manage the then it is extremely disappointing.
