Two clues

i) last week (pre-Ashton) Worthy was quoted as saying he wasn't sure how much was in the budget but, "I've spent ?750,000, and if that's it then that's what it is", and ii) Doncaster on R. Norfolk was very evasive, even more than usual. No hard evidence, just a suspicion at this stage.
