no plan really proth

i just wing it mostly, today i did the full hour on legs, farking brutal. deadlifts, squats, farmers lunges, resistance mochines etcetera etcetera, otherwise most days do 40 mins cardio; thirty steady state run on the treadmill and then ten mins power walk on full incline one min on/one min off. used to do the rower a lot but got tittsed off with struggling to maintain the time as getting older so running now since the new year. only do weights once or twice a week depends how i feel but not really into it so much. you train daily?
