Full kit Liverpool man on ring road

On the occasions I work in Norwich, I always know how I'm doing for time by the location of full kit Liverpool man on the ring road.

If I'm early he is near the Farmhouse Pub, if on time then he is at the bottom of Colman Road and if late he is near Notcutts.
