Who would you realistically like us to sign?

I would be happy to see Matt Jarvis sign permanently for the reported 3m. Charlie Austin or Steven Naysmith would be good as we are struggling for any of our strikers to find the net on a regular basis. If Patrick Bamford's loan at Palace was to be ended then he might be an option if Jarvis is signed permanently.
Right back and centre half needs to be improved as well
