Have you ever seen Naismith play?

He's not creative, cannot pass, cross or open up a defence with a burst of pace or dribble. He can find space and lash a ball into the net pretty tidily though. He's a great finisher but quite a s**t footballer, if that makes sense. Everton play that tit Kone out wide in preference to Naismith, that tells you all you need to know about him being anything other than a striker who is not as good as Lukaku, hence his benchtime.

Plus he's about 30. Afobe for 12m with some years in him/Naismith for about 6m with 2 seasons at the top level perhaps.
