Thanks for your help.
I've been trying to sort this out for ages, but get so far with it and it absorbs too much of my time so end up leaving it till another time.
I'm currently on a f**king rampage with anyone and anything that I pay for that I shouldn't. Even my (previously good) accountant is costing me money rather than saving it, and I'm now redoing their work for them.
