I agree re the transfer window and it's not like we needed a lot more

Neil was let down badly with the lack of quality defensive signings.

However I think he has (temporarily I hope) lost his way of late and we need to go back to doing what we were doing well earlier in the season. He seems to have panicked post the Newcastle game and I don't think the sitting deep, constant team changes and tactics we are currently employing suit us. We could actually have lost far more heavily at Chelsea if Costa could shoot and the first half an hour v Arsenal was garbage. We only started to play once we went behind and had to throw off the shackles a bit.

when you actually look at some of the games leading up to our change in style there wasn't actually a lot wrong. Just careless defensive errors really and that substitution at Newcastle. In most games we played well.
