However, I think you often have to take a chance on talented youngsters, especially with forwards. I wouldn't say Raheem Sterling is particularly consistent yet he's already been sold for tens of millions. I'm not saying either of the Murphys are at that stage yet, but I think consistency has to be learned through game time at the level you want to be playing at.
