In the Prem most mistakes get punnished

and our players are making them all over the pitch as it stands. In very simple terms better players make less mistakes.

I love all our players but for Norwich to do well and win a game all our players have to play at their full potential. Not all our players are Prem standard and only extra effort and very carefull gameplans can get us the victories we need.

Either that we need to spunk s**t loads of cash in January.
