David, when you arrive in UK

you might be delayed at the airport (customs or immigration), so allow plenty of time.

Allow ONE HOUR to travel from Heathrow to Liverpool St station, and allow AT LEAST one hour from flight arrival time to getting onto the tube.

If you miss the train you have a ticket for they may make you pay full price (? 40 )

If you have no hurry to get to Norwich then the 3.30 train should be OK.
