Just finished dinner, still working on the ticket from Heathrow to Norwich, why

Think I need to buy a return ticket now? GBP 22.60 from Heathrow to Norwich, but Norwich to Heathrow, only GBP 14.1? Why is cheaper? should I go for this one?
