Not much maintence you can do on a lnb
You could try cleaning the lnb to make sure no dirt cobwebs etc is causing a issue. Is the problem just there when watching reordered progs or when you watch live tv if the problem is there when watching live TV then it's not a lnb issue as it woUld show up in live TV and any exciting. If problem is there with both it's either lnb dying dish out of alignment. I doubt it's a problem with cables. Sorry for long post
