For some reason the player I think of at times like this is Clint Easton
Not the most skilful player we ever signed and didn't fit with the diamond Worthy liked to play back then anyway, but always a feeling that he contributed a hell of a lot to team morale/cohesion. I think BJ - clearly much more skilful than Clint - did likewise for us and we will miss him overall more than the statsmeisters would have us think.
