Fundamentally, their squad wasn't strong enough last season
nothing's really changed.
They don't have the quality to keep up an auto promotion push, but they could make the playoffs again.
They need a Huckerby / Harper / Crouch moment to propel them to the next level. That costs money that they don't have.
