My kids school perminantly is in a battle for survival.

80 kids, working day and night to try to bring people in and come up with side ventures. Parents mucking in and doing all they can, dilapidated buildings
Sports facilities not up to same standards as many high schools.

It's not all wealth like people think it is. That said, my children are extremely happy and although the teachers are paid less than state school the education is fantastic
