Jerome's performance against Middlesbrough was just about the best lone striker display

I've ever seen. The lone striker manual, page one to conclusion.

I simply cannot believe, when both are fully fit, that Grabban is the first choice.

That's not to dismiss him entirely - just that Jerome has to be the man.
