...I wish to register a complaint about your text 'service' for away matches...

I received one text to let me know we were a goal down, thank you, it was very much appreciated...I responded to your text with a question, but lo, I heard nothing more...

When I signed up for said service I didn't realise that it was up to me to find out the score/s (this was tricky to do as I was amongst many Russians at the time playing awful Russian moosic), I was foolishly under the impression you would help with that part of the deal, did you experience some technical difficulties on Saturday, or has our informal contract officially been, wibble, cancelled? Or maybe you couldn't be arsed?..
