If they want to use this as a platform to go on to bigger and better things....
They need to grow up quickly and apologise.
Otherwise this kind if thing could end up holding them back.
It seems like IC might have some kind of learning difficulty, taking the piss out of people not equipped to deal with it is s**tty behaviour.
