But clearly that's not the case anymore. Ipswich crazy deserves to be treated with dignity and not made to feel bullied.

I don't see the talk norwich city pair as being nasty people who go looking to bully people like some trolls on twitter etc do. Just seems like a stand off that went too far.

But it does raise an important point about mental health and the struggles (1 in 4) people face with all sorts of MH issues, ranging from all sorts including: depression, schizophrenia, eating disorders, bipolar etc

If it was more openly spoken about people with MH struggles would get as much aid from the government as other physical health conditions and people would be treated as someone with a broken leg or cancer would be by society in terms of empathy and sympathy - not mocked and laughed at and especially not bullied!!
