Ok obviously smashing around on a jetski is asking for trouble, but me in a reasonably conventional vessel (SS ROSARIO) cruising at maybe double that limits not going to be noticed. Especially at night Shirley? What about a nice quiet electric engine? Its so doable, zip down the garden, jump in the boat, sail up to football with 5 Live around the grounds and a can or 2. I just don't want my dream, my vision, compromised by Broads admin and red tape.
