Transfers.... How many have other teams signed?, surely we were always gonna be behind

Given we didn't know what league we were gonna be in until the beginning of June?

I'd like us to have made a load of signings but I'm more worried about the quality than the quantity... 4 decent signings will probably do the trick for me
