He's a top dude, man of the people.

He surfs a lot at D'bah on the Gold coast (near where he lives). About 2 years ago I was there surfing too, just caught the biggest wave I had been on at the time (about 4ft) and he came flying past me. It caught me off guard and I bailed out. As I was coming back to shore he came over and apologised even though there was nothing for him to apologise about really. He asked if I was hanging around long so I said probably another hour or so. An hour later as I was packing up he came over, told to jump in his ute and he'd buy me a beer. So we went and chatted s**t for a couple of hours and had some beers.

He's known around the coast for being a top guy so I'm glad he's alright. True Blue Aussie though, "I was tripping out, I just punched it in the back"
