i visited the dentist for the first time in 16 years this January

wasn't due to fear that i stopped going, was a mixture of moving area and not registering with a new dentist and not being able to afford it at the time.

but after about 10 years it then became fear of what sort of problems i might have stored up for myself - finally took the plunge when a filling fell out

i have been pleasantly surprised that i've 'managed to get away' with needing no extra work, hopefully it will be for you too
