i dunnit cold turkey. the acid test was one night a few months after when having a drink outdoors a mate went inside for a refill and left a newly sparked-up smoke in an ashtray that was discharging fagsmoke stret up my schnoz but I didn't yield no sireee bub. just set your noggin hardrive settings to "3 weeks smoke free" and from there on in it's done and dusted.
