Got told to stop gagging, but I had a camera attached to a hosepipe in my throat, so no matter how much the Japanese nurse stroked my back, she wasn't gonna calm me down.

As someone else on the thread says, ask them to knock you out. Its normally an option and I'd take it if I ever did it again.
