the feel-good factor generated amongst a new generation that got to wembley (and those that didn't i suppose) will be a huge longer term benefit to the club than if we'd have gone up via the top two places. if the business model works on the known figures and projections then why risk negatively affecting it by investing in new hardware and pissing off a load of doddery old f**kers in the city stand?
probably stick with what we've got i think. mcn might sling a few hundred seats in front of the hotel to shut the agm grumblies up.
