considering the FA's call to boycott Russia hasn't exactly been heeded by dozens of dissatisfied nations, and certainly not Germany, who came out immediately to say it was a terrible idea despite Dyke suggesting they'd be delighted to do that.
Perhaps he didn't realise that they voted *for" blatter
