For him to come back at this moment in time. You've got a player who supposedly disrespected him playing a major role in us going up. As well as that players have come out and said how organised we have been under Neil. I just think that attitude would filter down with anyone Adams ended up coaching here. Think the best thing would be him to experience somewhere else and maybe come back in a few years. I know people will disagree but we'll have to agree to disagree!
