Only 4-5 hrs... I have probs sleeping too....

Just spent a few days away with my girls in our tourer down in cheddar gorge - our tourer has brilliant blackouts and i find i sleep better on that than my own bedroom at home - first morning back home on saturday i woke up at 5am - too much light coming in through the roman blind, need better black outs - is your room too light dubbers? Try wearing blindfold/mask to block out the light? Also, i now dont drink tea/coffee after about 7pm.... Also found it keeps me awake - so now just drink water or milk at night.... Also helps. Also, go for a walk amd get fresh air an hour or so before going to bed- just a 10-20min walk also helps me.....
