I met him a few times and a nicer, more committed bloke you'd be pushed to find. Not the most skilful player ever to pull on the yellow and green, but one of the most loyal and did whatever was asked of him to the best of what ability he had.

It was a boggling sub even at the time - I think my eloquent comment at the time was "what the f**k?" but norwood could confirm or deny - but no blame whatever attaches to Sutchy. Everyone misses pennos - they only look like they should be easy from the stands.
