Wouldn't call it a slight cock up

Of course time is tight for the match but the club must have known the number of people at a loyalty points level where they would all have time to buy away tickets if they wanted. I thought the loyalty points system was meant to avoid this sort of problem. Little excuse being away or out as ticket purchases easily done on mobile device.

I expect some nonsense excuse about postage will be trotted out about making sure all tickets arrived in time for the game.

And no I?m not going to away game as I?m on call working.
