Oh dear, early morning virus advise needed please...

...ran a full system scan (Norton) before I left last night and come in this morning to the following

"The compressed file _43AE91230F5D4026A7E9003A590E5DEF within ?????? within C:Documents and SettingsOwnerLocal SettingsTempSTOPzilla!SZProBase.msi is infected with the Trojan.StartPage virus"

It's a Trojan Frontpage virus apparently and Norton couldn't delete it or quarantine it...what I'm confused about is that STOPzilla, where the virus is, apparently, was supposed to be a freebie virus protection programme (in use here before I joined) so how can it be infected? Could someone advise me on best practice here please - as in, what do I do next?..

Ta muchly...
