If it is the playoffs
With four teams going for automatic promotion the two who miss out will have a real job to get the disappointment out of their heads and pick themselves up for the lottery of the playoffs. Saying that out of all the managers likely to be in the playoff mix I wouldn't swap Alex Neil for any of them.
He wouldn't let the players feel sorry for themselves and would get them motivated for the games ahead
