105 points and a GD of +56

Over the last 10 champs seasons only one team has achieved a better than +56 GD and over 105 points

GA would extrapolate to 38 goals over a season
In 10 seasons only 4 teams have conceded 38 goals or less in a season, only one would have beaten the +56 GD

In conclusion ...... its bollocks......
