Was any truth in the fact that one of the cockpit windows appeared to have been broken before the crash.

Sudden loss of pressure in the cockpit could have knocked the bloke out and made it impossible to open the door I suppose

Anyway. We'll find out in a year or so. As you say not right to speculate too much. Kind of difficult not to though...
