I don't see what we gain by keeping him on the books rather than just paying off the balance of whatever his next club doesn't pay him (or just paying him off entirely if he's dicking about being choosy over clubs).

All he is doing is taking up valuable training/reserve playing time that could be better spent on one of the youths. didn't someone say on here the other night that he was gash in the U21 match and effectively got us knocked out?

We can't be *that* in need of someone to make up the numbers in 11 v 11 practice games. He seems like a massive opportunity cost.
