in the event of a desert island loafy type cake only one choice situation

i might have to go for the jamaican ginger cake over the malt loaf.

if they were the only choices. i think the ginger just about pips the maltloaf in moistness and flavour and can handle a strong cheddar should some float by. in a waterproof canister.
