Train to London bridge, jubilee line from there
Or, train to charing cross, bakerloo to Baker Street and met line to wembley.
Or, train to Waterloo East, jubilee line to wembley from southwark.
I'd go for the second option even though one more change. With either of the jubilee line options it's easy to switch on to the met line at finchley road (met line is quicker to Wembley than jubilee).
