Given how many fit midfielders we have it's very hard to justify "emergency"

but I suspect it's some technicality or other to let us do it, and then potentially have him go back and then come back again if we look like we're making the playoffs (we'd want him to be available for the final - which if we waited until after Saturday to sign him on a loan he would have been anyway, but as it stands we went too early - so maybe he'll go back for a week when we've a "less important game", though I don't really think there are any less important game - my God, this sentence and in particular this parenthetical remark have turned into the most drivelly stream-of-consciousness nonsense haven't they, I do apologise).

With VOO coming back into the picture too we are spoilt for choice in the middle of the park, which is a Good Thing. Dunno if VOO is ready for a senior game yet but he might start making the bench soon while he keeps working on his match fitness with the yoof.
