NBBTT - Millwall - Tickets bought today for my 1st visit there

Do they hold away fans back when we have visited in the past? Need to book Super Advanced ticket so need to work out what time likely to get back to Paddington.

Brum supporting mate says they get held back for absolutely ages before being let out of the ground.......but that's Birmingham visiting!
