I believe making Bassong captain last season

was one of the bigger mistakes. To me he never seemed to embrace the whole team. If SAN gets his head back in place then perhaps this will come true, but need to see a bit more than post-loan contrition and a couple of games to convince myself he's the best leader for Norwich.
