Reposted for the early shift - I heard from Suggs' daughter last night.

I'm not going to copy her reply up here unless she says that's OK (and even then, not the whole thing because there's personal details etc). But suffice to say she's OK, missing her Dad, obvs, and our good wishes were really well received. The start of the email is "how lovely!"
