I for one won't be too disappointed if Ipswich go top tonight
All it would achieve is to pile on pressure that neither their team or supporters have been used to in recent times. I doubt they would have any long-term ability to cope with it. I have to say it would be interesting indeed if they do manage to get themselves promoted. Marcus Evans would probably grasp the opportunity to recoup his substantial losses leaving the team to struggle during a very brief flirtation with the Premier League. Cynical, moi?!
