It si. I've spent a lot of time in a care home lately, with Jool's dad

before he died and now visiting her mum. The staff are unbelievable - they work 10 times harder than me in very demanding conditions for f**k all money and you can sometimes see that they are pretty stressed but the sort of behaviour on that is totally unacceptable.
