depends on your role/industry, doesn't it?

I'm part of a very small team working mostly for two partners. If one of those partners moved and/or a new, complete tosser of partner was added to the mix, I'd have to seriously considering changing firms because the type of work I'd be asked to do would probably change and the day-to-day working atmosphere would definitely change.

It's hardly a case of throwing toys out of the pram if your role and job is fundamentally changed and you don't want to be part of that set up.
